Great service and good communication

What a Wonderful company.I will call them back anytime I need my mom's HVAC system serviced or repaired.Very empathetic, friendly, honest, hard working employees.I couldn't get the company that installed the HVAC system to return my calls.The HVAC system was installed in December of 2020.My mother is 92 years old.Her HVAC system started leaking freon the first week in July 2024.Apparently, it takes months of going back and forth with the company's that installed the unit and the company of the unit. The Coleman company.Coleman said they will not replace the unit. And said they need a comprehensive evaluation to make sure who's falt it is.However not one company can guarantee there would be no more leaks on the Coleman unit.At 92 my mom shouldn't have to be replacing her HVAC system after 3 and a half years.So, three months later, my mom couldn't handle the heat.So she had no other choice then to buy a new HVAC system to get relief from the heat.Valley View HVAC replaced the broken unit with a new one, they recommend.Valley View HVAC gave my mom a fantastic deal, because they had come to the house six different times regarding the old 2020 unit.Valley View HVAC also tried to negotiate with the Coleman company that made the HVAC system.To no avail.Valley View understood our frustration and because of my mom's age and the fact that Valley View HVAC has compassion and worked so hard and fast to make my mom conformable.I will recommend Valley View HVAC to my family and friends and who ever else needs a Wonderful HVAC company.

The best company to work with! When I needed a replacement HVAC system for my house, I had no idea where to go. I'm having work done from water damage and my contractor suggested Valley View since they know I'm from Salem and referred me to them. That was the best advise I've received in years from one company to another, and since they use Valley View for their HVAC issues during a demo, or renovation they were spot on. Scott, Austin and the team were informative, absolutely correct in their knowledge, I was put at ease from the beginning. I will definitely hang on to them until I can't for anything HVAC related.Steven G

Absolutely worth the call! They were able to repair my AC for less than the estimate they gave me, which was low to begin with. Other companies either wouldn't do the repair or said it wouldn't be worth the cost. Saved me from purchasing a new one just to get through the last couple weeks of high temps. Now I'll be able to wait until spring to take advantage of sales and rebates. Very satisfied with the service! Thanks again.
